William Jamison resides in Queens, New York where he started drawing at an early age his fascination with saturday morning cartoons and comic books created his passion to explore his own world of creative character development. It was in Junior High School where his art teacher saw his talent and recommended that I apply to the High School of Art and Design. After being accepted in 1989 I went on to New York City College of Technology to study Art and Advertising design where I gain extensive knowedge in Desktop publishing software. After graduating I began my freelance work for small businesses doing signs and posters. In 1997 I did work for a publishing company titled Black Diamond Studios where I did artwork for their one-shot comic titled Hellsaint I went on to helping create the logo and brand for Making Comic Studios where I illustrated a three issue mini series titled Haven. I recently had the opportunity to work with Percey Carey for Day by Day Entertainment along with Gabriel Urist for a comic concept involing the NBA mascots. I have done freelance work for Kobie Brown of Fatherless to Fatherhood and am currently working on a project titled Legend of The Cipher a hip-hop role playing game designing some of their characters. I have also self published my own creator owned property Neon a six issue mini series base on the concept of the Tuskegee Experiment. I have appeared at numerous comic book conventions such as New York Comic Con,Wizard World Philadelphia,Baltimore Comic Con,Pittsburgh Comic Con.
